His previous roles include Head of UK & Ireland Fund Accounting at BNY Mellon, EMEA Head of Private Equity at State Street and Senior Accounting Officer for Goldman Sachs International. He started his career with Deloitte. Eoin sits on the board of Cork Chamber of Commerce and is Chair of Cork Financial Services Forum. He is an independent director of Shine Ireland, a charity for autism. Their Digital approach has seen their Apps being downloaded over 85,000 times globally. He is the EMEA Champion for Inclusion & Diversity for his firm.

Andrew holds an honours degree in Business, specialising in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Studies and a Masters in Executive Leadership where he wrote his dissertation on “leading cultural change in a millennial dominated environment”.

Laura has 20 years’ experience in financial services. Prior to joining Deloitte, Laura worked with a large fund administrator for almost 11 years. Laura held previous roles in the areas of investor services and compliance and holds a Degree in Law from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Compliance from the Institute of Bankers. Laura currently chairs the Irishfunds Operational Steering Group and is actively involved in developing industry responses to key regulatory requirements such as MiFID, GDPR and AML.

He is a serial entrepreneur in the financial technology sector, John has built and sold a number of global technology based enterprises. He co-founded one of the first campus companies in Ireland in 1985 in the energy technology sector and built Information Mosaic in 1997, a global player in the securities software industry which was sold to Markit in 2015. He set up Corlytics to provide real regularly risk intelligence. John is an executive board member of the International RegTech Association IRTA. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has spoken at events such as SIBOS and NEMA. He has also spoken at many other conferences on operational and systemic risk and at RegTech Summits in London and New York. John is a graduate of Stanford Business School and has a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering.

Damian McEvoy is Director of his own Fund Administration consultancy firm Parisdale Consulting Limited and has over 20 years' experience in the Irish Funds Administration industry, particularly in Transfer Agency. For over 12 years, he acted as lecturer and examiner for the Irish Investment Funds Certificate and Diploma, offered by the Institute of Bankers in Ireland, all whilst continuing to work full-time in the industry. As well as Ireland, his roles have involved professional exposure to the Fund Administration industries in the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, the UK, Canada and Guernsey. Paul heads-up both Link Fund Administrators and Link Fund Manager Solutions (UCITS and AIFM) in Ireland. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the Irish Funds Industry Association and of a number of key industry working groups.

Kieran Fox joined Irish Funds in August 2007 as the Director of Business Development. Kieran is responsible for working with investment managers and developing the Association’s membership offering. He participates in a number of industry Steering Groups including Distribution, and Marketing & Promotion and has led engagement on several specific regulatory matters. Kieran has a BSc Finance and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Information Systems. Prior to joining Irish Funds he gained significant experience both in industry and within the regulator. He was a senior regulator and risk specialist at the Central Bank of Ireland and prior to this spent seven years in various front office roles, including portfolio manager and trader, within the hedge fund industry in London. Kieran sits on the Summit Finuas Network Steering Committee and the Certified Investment Fund Director Institute Advisory Committee.

Claire is an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Bank Ireland Plc, currently working on the European Referendum Response Programme. Prior to joining Barclays, Claire worked as an Assistant Manager in the Asset and Wealth Management practise of PwC where she gained experience in both Dublin and Toronto. She worked with fund administrators and clients who triumph in the funds industry both in Ireland and abroad on a large variety of fund types. Claire is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from DIT as well as a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. On the back of completing her dissertation on the leadership gender imbalance in the accountancy profession, her article, Through the Glass Ceiling – Influences on and challenges faced by female partners in Big 4 accounting practises, was published in Accountancy Ireland. Claire is passionate about gender balance both from a personal and business stance and worked very closely with the 30% Club Ireland Lead and Steering Committee in setting up the chapter here in Ireland, gaining support from Irish businesses and organising key events to help business leaders in Ireland to tackle the issue and make real efforts towards achieving gender balance at all levels of their organisations.

Aisling’s held senior HR roles for over 20 years prior to the establishment of Tandem HR Solutions. As a former HR Director of O2 Telefonica, where she worked as an integral part of the European team, Aisling led many change iniatives including performance management, talent management and cultural change programmes. She successfully established and ran Telefonica’s first European organisation, a HR shared service, and expanded the remit to incorporate HR analytics and digital strategy. Prior to O2, Aisling was a HR Director and Board member with SAP in Ireland for 8 years, establishing 2 separate centres of excellence. With a Masters in performance management, Aisling progressed into consultancy as a Director with People Partners. Working extensively in both performance management and leadership capability led to the establishment of Tandem HR Solutions, of which she is now CEO.

Nabil is an Operations Director for Financial Services within Azon Recruitment Group and is responsible for driving the success of the Azon business focusing primarily on client development, staff management and senior level recruitment across Funds & Asset Management. Nabil has over 15 years’ experience both working and recruiting within the Funds industry in Ireland and Internationally. He works closely with a variety of Fund Administrators, Assert Managers, Fin tech and Advisory firms advising them on their recruitment strategies and is a subject matter expert on careers across the Funds Industry. In May 2017 Nabil organised a successful Funds event with over 120 attendees and a distinguished panel of speakers, focusing on the Evolution of the Funds Industry. Nabil began his career with State Street in Dublin, moving to Sydney to take up a contract with BNP before moving into recruitment for a global recruitment business where he led the Funds team. Following his return to Dublin, Nabil spent three years with a global recruitment business leading their Senior Funds desk before establishing the Financial Services Division with Azon in 2014. Nabil holds a Degree in Economics from University College Dublin and a diploma in Investment Funds from the Institute of Bankers.
