Olwyn is PwC's Global Asset & Wealth Management Leader. Olwyn spent several years in New York, focusing on a wide range of asset management businesses and products, including traditional and alternative (hedge, private equity, real estate and debt/credit). Olwyn currently works with an extensive range of AWM clients, covering varying asset classes, products and corporates. Olwyn has significant consultancy experience and regularly presents at investment conferences. Olwyn co-chaired AIMA’s Guide to Hedge Fund Valuation and helped to develop IOSCO’s Principles for Hedge Fund Valuation. Olwyn is a board member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute in Ireland, has been elected to AIMA’s Global Board and previously served on the Board of Help for Children (Ireland).

Kevin McStay is a former army officer and has over 31 years’ service in the Irish Defence Forces. He retired in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2013. He holds a Master’s Degree (Hons) in Leadership, Management and Defence Studies (LMDS) from NUI Maynooth. Kevin is regarded as one of Mayo’s greatest ever Gaelic football players. He won Connacht medals at all grades, is an All-Ireland U21 winner (1983) and received an All Star award in 1985. At club level he played with his beloved Ballina Stephenites (Mayo), Ballymun Kickhams (Dublin) and Roscommon Gaels. Kevin played in the 1989 All Ireland senior final, losing narrowly to Cork. He managed Roscommon (Minor), Mayo (U21) and trained Mayo Seniors in 1995. He managed St. Brigid’s to Roscommon and Connacht senior titles and crowned his time with them by winning the All Ireland Senior Club title in 2013. In 2017 Kevin managed Roscommon to win the Connacht Senior Championship. Kevin appears regularly on RTE’s The Sunday Game for the past 20 years. He writes a weekly column with the Irish Times.

Justyna is currently heading Product Control team with Mercer Delegated Solutions. The team is responsible for the oversight of Funds & Valuations, Regulatory and Financial reporting and management of key service providers (Administrators, Custodian etc.). Prior to this role, Justyna was a Project Manager within the Business Enhancement team and led the Finance Operations team. Justyna is qualified accountant, holds a Master degree in Finance & Banking from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland and Bachelor of Business with Honours from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.

James is a Director within HSBC Securities Services Product Management and has responsibility for HSBC’s UK and Ireland Global Distribution Support and Transfer Agency product. Prior to his time with HSBC, James spent nine years with Citi in Ireland, working in a number of Fund Services roles across Operations and Product, latterly as Product Manager for EMEA Transfer Agency. James joined HSBC in 2014, and is responsible for establishing and delivering key strategy within HSBC’s Transfer Agency and for the development of Distribution Support services to global asset managers.

Paddy is an alternative investment professional with over 23 years’ experience in the fund industry and has worked for some of the world’s largest fund administrators in various roles including Fund Accounting, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, and Product Management. Paddy is the Head of Management Company Services at MontLake Management Ltd. Prior to joining MontLake in 2019, he spent 6 years in MUFG Fund Services where he was Global Head of Product for Single Manager Funds. Prior to this, Paddy was a Director of Private Debt and Capital Markets at Sanne plc, and spent 6 years at BNY Mellon (formerly PFPC) where he was EMEA Head of Client Services and Business Implementation. Paddy also held Fund Accounting roles at HSBC, IFS Statestreet, and Daiwa Securities. Paddy has a degree in Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) from University College Dublin and was awarded the professional designation of Certified Investment Fund Director (CIFD) by the Certified Investment Fund Director Institute in 2019. Paddy is also authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a Designated Person (PCF-39).

Prior to this, Jason was responsible for the strategic governance of SANNE’s Real Estate division, its services and markets across the jurisdictions in which it operates. He has more than 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry administering a wide variety of real estate structures including limited partnerships, corporate structures, unit trusts and collective investment schemes. Jason joined SANNE in 2012 from State Street (formerly MIFA) where he worked in both the Jersey and London offices. Jason has a MSc in Real Estate and is a qualified chartered secretary.

Fiona’s particular areas of expertise include risk management, internal controls and non financial reporting. Fiona leads PwC Ireland's services around independent controls reports and also frequently works with clients who have outsourced activities in order to assist them with assessing their risk, formalising their oversight and responding to Regulator challenges.

He has strategic oversight of middle and back-office functions as well as cash and liquidity management of both the management company and fund’s excess assets. Mr O’Neill is chair of Aspect’s Counterparty Committee. Prior to joining Aspect, Mr O’Neill worked at Goldman Sachs International in a number of operations roles from April 2007 to April 2011. Mr O’Neill holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from University College Cork and an MBS in Business Administration from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.

Kate holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer for IFDS Europe which includes responsibility for strategic planning and execution. Kate previously held a number of roles within the business, including the role of Chief Operating Officer for IFDS Ireland, running the firm’s Transfer Agency Operations for 10 years. Kate previously spent 7 years with BISYS Fund Services (Ireland) in a senior management capacity and also worked for Ulster Bank Retail Division for more than 7 years. Kate has 29 years’ experience in Financial Services, 20+ of which have been spent in the Funds Industry. Kate holds an honours degree in Financial Services from University College Dublin. Kate is a member of the Irish Funds ESG and Sustainability Working Group and is a previous member and chair of the Irish Funds Transfer Agency Working Group. Kate established and leads the IFDS Ireland Inclusion and Diversity Council and is an executive sponsor for the State Street Ireland PRIDE and Friends Employee Resource Group. Kate sits on the Steering Committee for INvolve in Ireland and is a member of the Irish chapter of the global ‘100WF’ organization.

Prior to this Orla spent over 15 years in the funds industry 12 of which were with JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services where she was Head of Financial Reporting until 2016. Following this and prior to joining Grant Thornton she ran her own training and coaching business where she delivered training and coaching services including career, executive and team coaching across public and private sector. Orla is also trained and certified in delivery of a number of leadership and team psychometric tools around risk and decision making, emotional intelligence and behaviours. Orla is also a Director and current president of the International Coach Federation (Irish Chapter).

Ciaran started his Funds Industry career at IFS (State Street), then moved to SEI Investments where he was a Fund Accounting Supervisor and then moved to middle office working in an Investment Operations role with Mercer Global Investments. In early 2016 he joined Fund Recs where he leads all aspects of operations looking after client relationships, client onboarding as well as leading product development. Ciaran is a fully qualified member of the Project Management Institute and has also worked on organising the Adminovate Conference since it was setup in 2017.

Formerly the co-founder and CTO for Lendwise Ltd he also was engaged as a consultant for Point Nine Ltd and Tide, Evangelos is a technology leader with 20+ years of experience in various industries (Banking, Lending, Payments, e-Commerce), building and leading high performance teams to manage, implement and streamline complex IT solutions. Prior to this Evangelos worked for Ancoria Bank, as Chief Operating Officer and Consultant to the CEO. Before his time at Ancoria Bank, Evangelos was the Head of Systems Development and Head of Issuing Business at FBME Card Services. He has also been the co-founder of a number of online and start-up businesses in Greece, Cyprus and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Evangelos previously held Software Engineer and Chief Technology Officer contracting roles in the United States and the middle east.

Tara has extensive experience in advising a wide range of domestic and international clients on the structuring, establishment, marketing and sale of financing and investment vehicles and products in Ireland and other jurisdictions. Cathal has been working in the funds industry for over 20 years, most recently focusing on alternative investments Cathal is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and was a senior manager with a Big 4 firm prior to joining State Street in 2005. Cathal holds a number of technical and leadership roles in the Irish, European and international asset management industry associations. Cathal is currently chair of the Irish Funds Financial Reporting Work Group which provides financial reporting expertise and assistance to the Irish funds industry and a member of the Irish Funds Operations Steering Group. Cathal regularly presents at investment events and moderates the annual Irish Funds Industry Technical Seminar.Cathal also currently sits on the European Fund Asset Management Association (EFAMA) Accounting Task Force and the International Investment Funds Association (IIFA) Accounting Committee.

Orla began her career in the investment funds industry in 2003 in Bermuda, where she held several operational roles at BISYS Hedge Fund Services and Citi Hedge Fund Services, before transferring to the United States in 2010. Prior to joining Centaur in July 2018, Orla was a Senior Vice President with SS&C, based in the United States.
